Weaving poppies on a loom

To weave poppies on a loom you do not need to buy expensive equipment, you can make it yourself.

The necessary components are:

Poppy scheme.
Black, red and two shades of green beads.
Canvas.
String.
A special needle.

The loom will be a regular thread and a box. The bracelet will be 20 beads wide, so it is necessary to draw 21 lines.

On the first row of the loom dialed 11 white, 1 green, 2 white, 1 green and 5 white beads. Then lift the beads slightly with your finger and pass the working needle through each of them. The loose beads will sag, this should not be the case.

According to the same technique, the rest of the rows are dialed, the number of beads needed will be indicated on the scheme that was chosen. After completing the last row, the working thread is fixed, after which the work can be removed.

Weaving a poppy

Necessary components:

Beads in red, black and green.
Wire 0.3 and 1 millimeter.
Green thread.
Glue.

The flower will consist of a bud, stamens and 4 leaves.

Making the bud

The making of the poppy bud from beads is the main part, because it makes up the biggest part of the whole flower and is the first to attract attention.

We take a wire of 75 centimeters, 37 beads are put on it.
Then the wire is threaded through them, resulting in a loop.
Made the same loop, but already from the 39 beads.
Then another loops of 41, 45, 41, 39, 37 beads are made.
At the working end of the wire worn 22 beads, then it is pulled through the top beads in the buttonhole and tightened.
On the wire put 3 beads and pulled through the top two neighboring loops.
Following the same pattern of tightening the remaining loops, a petal is formed.

Making stamens

Take a wire of 45 centimeters, 15 beads put on it and do the loop.

Making a leaf

We take a wire of 80 centimeters. On it we put 35 beads.
The working end is made one turn, pierced into two arcs.
Collect 62 beads and a little lower is a loop.
On the other side of the loop is made of 67 beads. Dimensions are the same, just 5 beads compensate for the length of the wire.
Below on each side 1 more loop is made.
Then, using the wire all lines of beads are connected to each other, forming a leaf.
Still need to make three of these leaves.

Assembling .

From a thick wire is a stem in which the poppy seed box is attached.
Pinecones are attached to the box.
Then they are attached to them, 2 petals, crosswise.
