If the condensed milk has become milky in color, you need to add a bag of vanillin to give a delicate taste and fragrant smell. Vanilla sugar should dissolve and simmer for a few minutes. After that, let the condensed milk infuse and cool, and then eat it.

A classic recipe

What is required:

  • One and a half bags of milk (it is better to use homemade or with a high percentage of fat);
  • Sugar700-750 grams.

Milk place in a bowl with a thick bottom and put it on a low heat, and give it to heat. After five minutes add sugar. Add it slowly in a small trickle so that it does not stick, while stirring gently. This action should be done until crystals disappear completely, then turn down the heat. In this state the mass is boiled for about three hours, until it thickens.

Condensed milk with powdered milk

What will be needed:

  • 1 1/2 cups milk;
  • 2 cups of powdered milk;
  • 2 cups of sugar;
  • A bag of vanilla.

Preheat the milk so that it is warm, take off the heat, add the mixture, whisk well so that the two ingredients are mixed without lumps. Then add the sugar and vanilla. Once again, whisk until the sugar crystals have almost completely dissolved.

The resulting mixture should be put to boil in a water bath, that is, put the pot with the mass on top of a pan with water (necessarily on fire). Bring it to a boil, stirring, then turn down the heat and leave it like that for two hours. Do not forget to stir occasionally, so that the ingredients do not stick together and form a lump. Boiled condensed milk is a type of condensed milk that has undergone additional heat treatment, i.e. boiling. Such a product is also full of nutrients, especially proteins, fats and carbohydrates. It is well assimilated by the body, filling it with additional vitamins.

Recipe for boiled condensed milk from store-bought

What you will need:

  • condensed milk in an iron jar;
  • water.

Pour the water into a bowl so that it covers the jar. Place on a fire and bring to a boil. At this time, remove the label from the jar. Once the water is boiling on the stove, put the jar in it, reduce the heat and leave it to cook for about three hours. It is worth looking around and adding warm water from the kettle, as it will constantly evaporate in the pot. Then turn off the stove and let the condensed milk cool.

When the mass becomes fluffy - you can turn off the mixer. After that, you need to add walnuts and mix all the ingredients thoroughly, so that the nuts are evenly covered with the cream.

Tips for making homemade condensed milk

  1. It is better to use fatty and necessarily fresh milk. And it is better to take homemade milk, as it has more fat content and nutrients. You can also use dried milk in the preparation, but mix it with milk of any fat content.
  2. It is better to boil condensed milk in a bowl with a thick bottom and high walls, so there is less chance that it will "run away" and burn.
  3. To prevent the milk from curdling when boiling, you can add a little baking soda. Such a tip will go great if the milk has stood uncovered for a day or two.
  4. To thicken - send the cooked milk to the refrigerator for a few hours.
  5. The storage of condensed milk should be in sterilized jars and in the refrigerator, otherwise it will quickly go bad.
  6. For quick thickening,you need to add one or two cups of sugar on top of the prescribed rate during boiling. The condensed milk will become much sweeter, but it will become sticky.
